  1. 01

    Responsible Collection

    Our herbs, roots and wild plants are collected by trained local people from the high-altitude regions of Nepal. Collection is carried out at the right season for each plant, ensuring the active parts — rhizomes, leaves, fruits — are gathered at their peak.

    We work within Nepal's regulations for the collection of wild non-timber forest products, and we prefer sustainable collection practices that allow plants to regenerate naturally.

  2. 02

    Cleaning & Sorting

    After collection, raw material is brought to our processing facility where it is cleaned to remove soil, foreign matter and damaged pieces. Material is then sorted by size and quality grade.

    This step protects the final product's appearance, smell and purity. We do not use harsh chemicals in the cleaning process — water washing and manual sorting are our primary methods.

  3. 03

    Solar Tunnel Drying

    Clean, sorted material is spread on drying trays and placed inside our solar tunnel dryers — long polythene tunnels that trap solar heat and create a clean, controlled drying environment.

    Solar drying is gentler than high-temperature mechanical drying, which can degrade volatile oils and colour. It is also more hygienic than open-air drying in the field, because the tunnel keeps dust, insects and animals away from the product throughout the drying period.

  4. 04

    Processing to Specification

    Dried material is then processed to the form the buyer requires. We can supply the same herb as a whole dried root, cut and sifted pieces, sliced sections, or fine powder — the choice depends on your end use.

    Cutting and grinding equipment is cleaned between batches to prevent cross-contamination between different herb species. Particle size and moisture content can be adjusted on request.

  5. 05

    Custom Packaging

    Processed product is weighed and packed according to your requirements. We can pack in food-grade polythene bags, woven sacks, vacuum-sealed pouches or retail packets — whatever suits your destination market and end use.

    Labelling can include product name, botanical name, origin, batch number, weight and any information you require. We can also pack under a private label if needed.

  6. 06

    Export & Delivery

    Packed goods are prepared for shipment from Nepal according to the import requirements of your destination country. We can assist with documentation including phytosanitary certificates, certificates of origin and customs paperwork where needed.

    We supply to buyers in India, the Middle East, Europe, the USA and beyond, and we work with established freight forwarders to arrange reliable shipping.
